Optimizing Thermal Efficiency: Designing a Tubular Heat Exchanger for the Food Industry

Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) ANSYS Fluent New Tubular Heat Exchanger, Malaysia

This project focuses on designing and constructing a new tubular heat exchanger specifically for the food industry, aimed at significantly improving the efficiency of cooling and heating processes. The heat exchanger is engineered to enhance energy usage while maintaining optimal thermal performance, addressing the unique needs of food processing applications.

As a Mechanical Engineer, I use ANSYS Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) software to conduct detailed simulations that analyze fluid flow, heat transfer, and thermal performance. My responsibilities include optimizing the heat exchanger design to enhance overall efficiency while ensuring compliance with industry standards. By collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, I work to deliver a reliable and effective solution that meets the stringent demands of the food processing sector.
