Corrosion Engineering Electronic Corrosion Engineer (ECE) Implementation of Cathodic Protection Systems, Qatar

This project focused on designing and implementing cathodic protection systems to safeguard underground pipelines at Qatargas against corrosion. The primary challenge was identifying vulnerable areas through detailed corrosion assessments and tailoring a protection strategy to specific environmental conditions. As a Corrosion Engineer, I developed a comprehensive approach using effective electrochemical methods and ensured seamless integration of these systems with the existing infrastructure. Collaboration with cross-functional teams played a crucial role in achieving the goal of extending pipeline lifespan while adhering to industry standards and safety regulations.
